USCIS Fee Changes - April 1, 2024

On January 30, 2024, USCIS announced an upcoming change to the cost of filing many different types of immigration benefits.

Any application that is post-marked on or after April 1, 2024 must include the new, updated fees. You can find the updated fee schedule here.

Some highlights of the changes include:

  • I-130 = online ($625) v. paper ($675)

  • I-485 over 14 = $1,440

  • I-485 some under 14 = $950

  • I-192 = $1,100

  • I-360 = $515

  • I-290B = $800

  • I-131 (non-refugee) = $630

  • I-765 when fee required = online ($470) v. paper ($520)

  • I-751 = $750

  • I-90 = online ($415) v. paper ($465)

  • N-400 regular = online ($710) v. paper ($760)

  • N-400 poverty = $380

  • USCIS Immigrant Fee = $235
