Our law firm is located at Exit 11 from GA-400. We are off of Upper Hembree Road, less than one mile west of the Wellstar North Fulton Hospital on Alpharetta Highway (GA-Hwy 9). The office is a red brick standalone building, and you can park anywhere in the front lot.
Your initial appointment is free of charge. The purpose of your initial consultation is for our attorneys to review your immigration or criminal history to present you with any options so that you can make the best decision for you and your family.
Details are important, so to get the most out of your consultation, we recommend bringing any documents that might be relevant to your case. For example, evidence of your travel to and from the U.S., like a passport or I-94 card, is important. Likewise, any evidence of any prior immigration applications you might have filed, or that someone might have filed for you, can be useful. Criminal history, including traffic citations, may impact your eligibility for certain benefits, and it is helpful to have the incident/arrest report from the police department, and the case disposition from the court, to give you an accurate idea of what to expect going forward.
